The Pitch

Problem statement

Young people need support to make a positive contribution to their communities, make better informed decisions and become active citizens whilst bettering their surroundings. Young people in the local area do not get the opportunity to acquire and develop enterprise skills that will help them create a sustainable future for themselves.

Solution

We will work with 5 local young people and give them the knowledge, skills and expertise to create their own social enterprise that will serve their community to make it a better place. The project will support young people to understand the skills needed to run their own business as a social enterprise whilst having a positive impact on their community.

Why are we best placed to deliver?

We have years of experience as Business Consultants providing the local business community with coaching, mentoring and professional services. We have delivered similar pieces of work before creating social enterprises for change.
