Expected impact

Fans - We aim to reach 100 fans for all home matches and create an inclusive and fun atmosphere for all. Will will create club merchandise for fans to take home as well as other entertaining match day activities Players - We will redirect money to ensure we deliver 2X as many in person training sessions for our 50 players, to ensure their development as footballers Community - WE will build links with local community groups and promise to volunteer at least 50 hours of time, focused on showing young women from disadvantaged backgrounds the benefits of womens sport and football. We also promise to promote these organisations at our games. Local businesses - We promise to work with at least 20 local businesses to promote them in our match day programme and website Equality Diversity and Inclusion - We promise to proactively recruit from under represented groups within football, to all our roles. To create a true inclusive club which represents east London.
