The Pitch

Problem statement

We’re a small charity our Insurence is rather expensive as we have to make sure any volunteer is covered. We have van tax along with diesel which has recently all sadly increased

Solution

The money will be used to fund the cost of keeping the van in use. We use the van weekly for outreach along with delivering food parcels to those living in hostels, temporary, emergency accommodation. We also help those on low income suffering food poverty.

Why are we best placed to deliver?

We’re a registered charity with lots of clients in need. We collect food donations from a number of different supermarkets.

Expected impact

This project will help people struggling from Food Poverty it will help with their health having food to make meals along with snacks toiletries sanitary products cleaning products. We will be able to make sure people contacting us are able to receive the parcels they are asking for many of our service users suffer with mental health many are suffering anxiety so it’s crucial we deliver the parcels to them.
