The Pitch

Problem statement

I am voluntary chef for 10 years experience of cooking meal for asylum seeker and refugees at Comunity centre called Room to Heal so I decide to help more vulnerable people in this winter. This is voluntary project running by myself for helping homelessness people who lives in street in borough of Camden to have hot meal every week with drink, fruit, snack and salad. My aim is cooking 50 meals every week for 12 weeks and delivered to homeless and shelter centre and food bank, base in Borough of Camden to tackle poverty and help those in needs and make sure every people in need have access to hot meal.  I will cook vegetarian and non vegetarian meal but I use Halal ingredients.

I will cook vegetarian and non vegetarian meal but I use Halal ingredients to keep safe side that everyone can eat and use organic ingredients but not any allergy ingredients.The fund will spend on Ingredients

Snack and Salad I need 2000£ total towards my project as explain in more details below:  Hall hire which This project will located at Allan Hall at Portpool lane, London, Ec1n 7AA hire for 26 hours as it cost £20 per hours then paying towards fruit, vegetables, snack and ingredients for making at least 600 meal. The project aim is making 50 meals each week for 12 weeks.

Why are we best placed to deliver?

Please make a note that this is completely voluntary project running by myself for helping homelessness people who live in street in Camden borough to have hot meal every week with drink, fruit, snack and salad. Camden borough accept to put me under their insurance policy for public liability insurance to cover my project also I have Food ALLERGEN GUIDANCE FOR FOOD BUSINESSES certified and FOOD HYGIENE AND SAFETY FOR CATERERS (LEVEL 2) certificate. Finally, I have done safeguarding course request by Camden council to all cover my project.
