Expected impact

As we are bringing the community of the City of London through the topic wellbeing, and stress release together, the beneficiaries are residents, community members, but employees of the city aswell as local businesses. All city of Londoners are stress effected by the economic climate and hopefully understand themselves and other better through the workshops or help each other in future, it might can be that a network/meet up group will be created out of this! For sure through testimonials and questionnaire monitoring and finding out how the workshop has helped and made them feel better. Using social media channels for useful information , testimonials(video) and information portals.By using the Golden Lane Estate Community Centre engaging a local location and making ie. business aware that its there. And maybe creating out of this a local engagement of the businesses itself.

Track record

Having created health and wellbeing fairs and stalls in the atriums of big business in the city, offered treatments for employees in house was very successful. worked closely with the City of London together and all over London
