Track record

Over the bast 12 months, Support Through Sport has developed a number of sports-based intervention and mentoring programmes across disadvantaged and underserved “hotspot” areas of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire which have provided soft and hard outcomes to just over 500 young people. With a youth-centric approach to every programme that we deliver, we believe that we are very well placed to effectively and professionally engage with young people as we have a young, diverse and passionate team which driven towards the common goal of tackling negative influences and supporting young people, putting them front and centre in all aspects. Through our programmes, we have evidenced that we are both efficient and effective in our aim to prevent young people from becoming involved in, and diverting them away from, negative influences such as knife crime, gang violence, anti-social behaviour, serious violence and youth offending. We take pride in our proactive and engaging approach.
