Expected impact
Securing a block booking at Bermondsey City Academy will facilitate weekly football for an entire season for 40+ women, and allow our 11-a-side team to progress both on and off the pitch. The regular contact point will strengthen our community of women footballers. We have been told by some of our players that the platform we have provided has alleviated poor mental health and given positive meaning/direction to their lives. We couldn't want a better or more significant impact than that. We love our club and our squad, we want the best for them, and we want more women to feel as good as they can by joining our community and express themselves playing the best sport in the world.
