Expected impact

The Fresh Start Playroom will directly benefit children aged 0–5 and their parents or carers at Work+Play Hub. Refurbishing the 25 sqm playroom will create a safe, bright, and stimulating space where children can explore, learn, and develop social, cognitive, and physical skills. Parents will gain peace of mind, enabling them to focus on work, training, or wellbeing activities. We aim to refurbish the room by December 2025. It will directly benefit at least 50 children in the first year, and gather positive feedback from 90% of parents on safety, usability, and impact. This project strengthens the Hub’s core offer and supports early learning, wellbeing, and joyful play.
