Expected impact

30 Prim. beneficiaries: engaged in music community20 Sec. beneficiaries: e.g. collaboration with Telford CVS Young Carers project that we can sustain due to funding this projectOutcomes:90+% increased wellbeing/confidence50+% into work/training/creative project3-5 people prevent/ameliorate MH crisisLasing impactWe're a safety net... and a springboard; personalised support; recognise uniqueness and believe in each person: see their untapped potential and it emerges organically in a safe environment; we're available for people at and inbetween sessions; there’s no ‘end date’ to the support. We reduce isolation/stigma by a positive, open culture of inclusion, uniting people all over the county in our vibrant sessions. Music helps people tap into something deep inside, which breaks down barriers, de-stigmatises adverse experiences, and we provide extra support to combat discrimination. Our community is open to all and we have created an integrated, representative community
