The Lucy Rayner Foundation (LRF) provides various mental health support services, including groups and counselling services, throughout Surrey. We passionately believe that mental health support should be accessible to all and are strong advocates of raising mental health awareness, especially among young people. LRF was established in memory of Lucy Rayner, who tragically lost her life due to her own mental health struggles. Since its inception, LRF, along with Lucy's family and the wider community, has been dedicated to supporting the mental well-being of young individuals in Surrey. We recognise that the teenage and young adult years can be particularly challenging for individuals. Our support is focused on individuals aged 14 to 39 who are dealing with issues such as addiction, gambling, parenthood, self-harm, eating disorder, anxiety and depression. In 2024 we supported 3,000 individuals.
