Climate Ed

Who we are

Description

Climate Ed delivers a carbon literacy and climate action programme for Year 5 & 6 (9-11 year olds) through five one-hour workshops that combine drama, knowledge sharing, conversation, and games. Delivered over five weeks during a half term in schools, the programme is unique in being led by trained volunteers from relevant fields and offered free to schools. It is focused where possible on areas of multiple deprivation to help address the disproportionate impact of climate change on these populations. Our model is scalable and cost effective because of our small operating structure and use of volunteers.
