PAB provides relief, advice, and information to asylum seekers and refugees, including the women and children crisis in Barnet and London. Safeguard their physical and mental health; advance their education, support them in financial hardship, and assist in seeking employment. Support them to advance in life and adaption to British society. Daily we see a huge majority of refugees struggling with social integration and facing isolation with life in the UK. Since the pandemic in March 2020, we have assisted a huge flow of asylum seekers entering the UK and encountering issues, mainly due to the lockdowns. The work that we have done and support from funders such as The London Response Fund and CAF has allowed us to support refugees and asylum seekers in the Borough and the UK. PAB runs a phone advice and information line to support asylum seekers and refugees. We are registered with the OISC at level 3 and provide Immigration advice as well as Welfare, Housing,Eviction & Domestic Abuse.
