Description
HOPE is an organic gardening charitable trust on the east coast of Scotland, supporting adults with learning disabilities from Angus to access horticulture training and work experience. Hope Garden was established in 1994 in response to a lack of meaningful opportunities for this group in the area. Hope has grown over that time from a plot of land to a fully functioning organic garden complete with a shop, greenhouse and four polytunnels. Our Charitable Objectives: • Offer horticultural training and work experience for adults with learning disabilities living in Angus. • Provide opportunities for social, educational and recreational activities for our trainees • Supply the local community with a reliable source of organically grown fruit and vegetables
