Description
Catalyst in Communities (CIC) is an ethical not for profit social enterprise formed in 2011. We believe all sections of the community should have a voice and the right to have that voice heard including their cultural voice and that humans thrive through creativity. We provide a supportive framework to enable powerful conversations within and between individuals and communities to create transformative cultural awareness and change. Through a process of true co-creation and collaboration we work WITH and FOR our communities to ensure that they are instrumental in the design and delivery of high quality projects that they and their peers want, need and deserve. We have received numerous awards and accolades for our work around supporting people to identify and change the emotional drivers of their behaviour. We know what holds people back from thriving and moving forward with their ambitions; from entering and / or sustaining employment, training or education and living culturally
