Description
Harbour Housing is a Cornwall-based charity that provides supported accommodation and outreach services to those who have experienced homelessness or at risk of homelessness. We specialise in helping people with complex needs, who often are unable to access the support they require. We have dedicated services for people who are discharged from hospital and women who are fleeing domestic abuse and/or sexual violence. We support our clients to overcome their individual challenges and we facilitate opportunities for them to move towards, or sustain, independently living. We are determined to play a part in making homelessness a thing of the past.
