Who we are
Description
Holme Farm is a volunteer-led Community Group running the 8-acre site in Woodham, Surrey. Our volunteers run events and are redeveloping the site into a community hub with education spaces, gardening, orchards, wildlife areas etc. Our mission to significantly grow the space and support a range of needs, including bringing communities together, supporting Mental and physic Health, Neurodiversity, Learning and improving the biodiversity of the Holme Farm. With the commitment of our volunteers and supporters, a difference has been made in the lives of many, who have come through our gates who have emerged from dark places, found friendships, learned new skills, Our partners include: • Catalyst: Mental health. • Meath School – Children with complex communication needs. • Surrey Choices: Supporting people with mental & physical health issues. • Halow Project- Young adults with learning difficulties. • Local Medical Practices & Surrey Heartlands Health and Care etc., ... and more
