Who we are
Description
We are a user-led charity which aims to make life better for all children affected by hydrocephalus (water on the brain) and the families who love and care for them. We do this through awareness, supporting front-line workers to learn more and so improve patient care as well as by providing direct support to families affected by the condition. We also deliver campaigns to raise awareness about issues specific to the cause such as the need for head circumference measurement in infants as a way of detecting the condition and our hydration project which aims to highlight the importance of encouraging children with hydrocephalus to stay hydrated.
