Description
Mamacita Foundation is an Aberdeen-based Scottish charity supporting individuals and families facing hardship, isolation and disadvantage. We work with migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, low-income families, young people and vulnerable members of the wider community. Our services include food support, social inclusion activities, digital inclusion, employability support, youth development, volunteering opportunities and community wellbeing projects. We also rescue surplus food from local partners and redistribute it through food parcels and community support sessions, helping families reduce food insecurity while preventing good food from going to waste. At the heart of our work is a simple belief: nobody should feel alone.
