ALL 1 Boxing CIC

Who we are

Description

ALL 1 BOXING CIC is a community boxing club in Wembley, Brent, built on the ethos "Attitude, Labour, Leverage." We believe boxing builds discipline, resilience, and belonging. Brent has London's highest deprivation; over 58% of children live in income-deprived households. We opened our doors February 2026 and over 110 people signed up within three months, with 70% of members under 18. We deliver group classes and one-to-one coaching six days weekly for young people at risk of crime and antisocial behaviour, women including BAME and refugee women, and older adults. All coaches are DBS-checked and England Boxing qualified. We are more than a gym — we are a safe space where people from all walks of life train together, build confidence, and find purpose. As a CIC with a community asset lock, every penny we earn or raise goes straight back into serving our community. Our mission is simple: harness boxing to improve lives and build a stronger, safer Wembley.
