Description
Totnes Caring is a local charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable, predominately older, people living in Totnes, Devon, and the surrounding parishes, to enable them t to live independently at home, free from isolation and loneliness, for a long as possible. The services we provide include home helps, befriending, shopping, transport, hot lunch deliveries, lunch clubs and activity groups, memory cafes, carer and hospital discharge support. We have over 950 clients and 140 active volunteers.
