Description
Masjid Alhikmah is a place of worship. It’s also a welcoming hub for the whole community. It’s every bit as diverse as those it serves, and is a much-needed place where people can come together, to pray, to learn, to meet, to reflect. Open now, the masjid is a work in progress, with more services and facilities being introduced over time. We aim to help solve some of societies problems by serving our local community with initiatives such as daily prayer services, educational talks and seminars, youth activities, mother and toddler sessions, counselling with the Imam, interfaith sessions, hosting NHS vaccination and other such clinics, family services (e.g. marriage, preparation for burial of the deceased etc) and providing food in the form of meals during Ramadan for the fasting and food packs for local members of the community that need a helping hand.
