Description
Based in central Birmingham Suited for Success supports the unemployed to regain employment by providing free interview coaching, employment preparation and free interview clothing. Our core mission is to level the playing field for unemployed people furthest away from employment, especially those experiencing significant barriers to gaining employment, including the homeless, ex-forces, back to work mums, ex-offenders, young people 16–29 year olds and BAME communities. Not having the right support to prepare for a job interview and the world of work can be a huge barrier. We help clients to: (i) Improve their confidence and self¬-esteem. (ii) Improve personal appearance. (iii) Improve interview and presentation skills. (iv) Achieve a positive progression into employment (V) Break the cycle of worklessness and poverty
