Description
ATF is a Charity in south Essex that use sport and activities to engage with young people and families and children at risk of educational exclusion. Our interactions positively impact on Anti Social Behaviour and potential gang culture and criminal activity. All of our coaches are DBS checked and safeguarding aware/trained. Our coaches have been specifically trained to interact as mentors and introduce positive role models in positions of authority and build relationships within the communities we operate. Our (minimum) weekly sessions help to 'reclaim the parks' for local families who would have previously been scared or hesitant to use public spaces or let their children go outside to play.
