Southwark Stars Disability Football Club

Who we are

Description

Southwark Stars Disability Football Club use the power of football to provide life-changing experiences for adults with a learning disability in London. Established in 2019 for a group of players who wanted nothing more than to proudly belong to a club, we now provide football opportunities for 100 men and women from all over London. We train once a week, player regular matches against other disability football teams and host memorable events to help our players celebrate their achievements. The club was formed by Louis Wickett-Padgham, a disability sport specialist, and continues to be provided by Louis and a small group of dedicated volunteers.
