Delancey is an independent investment, asset, and development management firm specialising in UK real estate. We are trusted by global institutions including pension funds, family offices, endowments, and sovereign wealth funds real estate that delivers value while benefitting communities. Our enthusiasm for real estate goes beyond the recognition that it can be an effective investment vehicle; we are also conscious that property development has a huge impact on society.
