Our employees across the north of England will have the opportunity to vote on how this fund is distributed. Through this fund, we aim to: Support high‑quality, locally led projects that make a tangible difference to community wellbeing, environmental improvement, education, employability, or social inclusion. Enable smaller, grassroots organisations to scale their impact, trial new ideas, or continue vital services. Strengthen long‑term relationships with local partners who share our commitment to building healthier, more resilient communities. Ultimately, the fund is designed to help create positive social value where it matters most, and to support organisations that are already making a proven impact.
