Fund purpose
The Hill Group is proud to introduce the Hill Partnership Community Fund 2025. As the appointed Main contractor for the Staple Tye regeneration schemes, Hill Group is committed to going beyond construction by investing in initiatives that deliver meaningful and lasting social impact. Through this fund, we aim to support and empower local charities, community groups, and social enterprises that are making a positive difference in Harlow, helping to create stronger, more resilient communities as part of our ongoing social value commitments. We are inviting applications from charities, community groups, social enterprises, and other not-for-profit organisations based in Harlow. Whether your project focuses on community wellbeing, skills development, green spaces, youth engagement, arts and culture, or support services, we want to hear from you. Who can apply: This fund is open to all charitable and community organisations operating within Harlow. Please note: Projects should be delivered between August - December 2025 What we’re looking to support: - Projects that improve the quality of life for Harlow residents. - Initiatives that bring people together and strengthen community bonds. - Activities that create opportunities for learning, development, and social inclusion. - Ideas that contribute to the physical, social, or economic regeneration of Harlow. If projects involve working with children or vulnerable adults, applicants must ensure that they have the appropriate safeguarding policies and procedures and a safer recruitment policy in place and be willing to provide evidence of these. Application process: The grant will be open for applications from 11th June to 25th July. Applications will be reviewed by a panel at the end of July and will be scored based on their relevance for the community of Harlow. Applicants will then be notified of the outcome in late July.
