Fund details & criteria

Fund purpose

Greenlight is a UK urban industrial & logistics platform developing first class industrial and logistics real estate. Greenlight is a Joint Venture between real estate investment and asset manager, Delancey Real Estate, and property development and investment company, Coltham. The purpose of the fund is to help improve the quality of life of people in the areas in which we operate: Kings Heath and Redditch, Birmingham, Heathrow and Reading, West London, and Milton Keynes. Organisations developing community, health and well-being, and environmental projects in these areas can apply for grants up to £2,000 through the Greenlight Community Fund. The organisation does not need to be based in these areas, but the project must demonstrate a clear benefit to a community or environmental project in these areas. All applicants must be formally constituted (e.g., club, registered charity, smaller groups) and must be not-for-profit organisations. https://greenlight-urbanlogistics.co.uk/
