We are Berkeley St Edward, a homebuilder investing in Westminster with two developments, West End Gate and 9 Millbank. Together, they will create over 1,600 homes alongside shops, restaurants and beautiful public spaces, sustaining thousands of jobs along the way. When we build in an area, we want to make sure we are engaging with local residents and communities. We are now looking to support local and grassroots charities with small grants that have a positive impact on the local community. There is a total of £20,000 available to be distributed between different charities. To apply: 1. Your organisation must be a community group, community interest company (CIC), education provider or charity with a maximum income of £100,000 2. Your work must be delivered in the borough of Westminster City Council 3. Ideally, your work would focus on one of the below, however we are happy to review all applications if there is a clear community benefit: o A safe place to call home: Ensuring people have secure, stable accommodation. o Access to employment: Enabling people to overcome barriers to work and kick-start their careers o The skills to succeed: Help people develop the skills and capabilities they need to thrive. o Health and wellbeing: Supporting people to live happy, healthy lives.
