Fund purpose
Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures, through its subsidiary Pitsford Street Limited, are the Developers of 395 new apartments at 33 Pitsford Street in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. Our client, Legal & General, who will take possession of the project upon completion at the end of 2023, naming it Goodsyard and will manage the apartments in a similar manner to their Whitmore Collection on Charlotte Street, Birmingham. Both companies carry out developments throughout the UK, and are keen to support local communities here in Birmingham. ------ Applying for funding on ActionFunder is a bit different.
