Fund purpose The Nespresso Community Fund will support local communities close to our Boutique retail location. As a recently accredited B Corp, we want to ensure we are living up to our values and be a force for good by supporting community organisations in the UK and Ireland, especially those that have similar values to us. The Nespresso values are: 1. We Inspire 2. We Care 3. We Act 4. We Innovate In London, we are particularly interested in community organisations in the following focus areas: ● Mental health and wellbeing ● Poverty & Homelessness ● Sustainable Consumption & Production ● Climate & Nature ● Food Action Not only do we want to support community organisations with important funding, we also want to offer our time as volunteers. As a company we offer 2 days volunteering to all our employees each year. When selecting projects we will also consider if they can host some Nespresso employee volunteers on appropriate parts of the project delivery, for full days or a few hours depending on need. We will be looking to support two to four projects in London with a maximum fund of £5,000 in total.
