Fund details & criteria

Fund purpose

Hill is one of the leading developers in London and the south east of England delivering both private sale and affordable homes. Our vision is to be the UK’s leading, most trusted housebuilder, creating exceptional homes and sustainable communities. At Hill, we have always aimed to be leaders and innovators in our sector, and this includes environmental and social issues. We have delivered some of the most sustainable schemes in the UK and, as regeneration specialists, a community focus is at the heart of what we do. One of our driving forces at Hill is creating real, tangible social value that leaves a positive, lasting impact on communities now and in the future. The Creating Communities Grant is available to those Bristol based non-profits seeking funding for new or existing projects, with the aim of positively impacting the local community. The fund is provided by Hill with support from our supply chain; Falcon Cranes, Jeffway, JCS, Stanta, Metek, Hoist Hire Services, Dantaag, Capel, DMH, Jones Flooring, MadiganGill and J S Wright. ~~~~~ Applying for funding on ActionFunder is a bit different. Here’s the process: sign up, register your organisation and post a project you want funding for. Your project will automatically match with any funds you meet the criteria for (grant amount, location, focus area). If you want to apply for this fund, make sure your project meets the criteria. Your project will remain live on the platform (ready to match with new funds) until you successfully win funding. ActionFunder’s all about saving you time so that you can get on with what matters: community action.
