Fund purpose

The Milligan Foundation supports charities working in areas of the UK where Milligan Ltd is involved in a regeneration programme or individual projects. We are launching this, our second fund, to support 5 to 6 good causes in order to amplify some of the benefits and outcomes that Milligan Ltd's projects are delivering and to give back to, and support, the communities that they are working in. Through the provision of expertise and education, or improvements to skills development and facilities, our aim is to plant seeds of opportunity within worthy causes at the heart of these local communities. Our intent is for these sparks of positive change to trigger an on-going ripple effect, to empower people of all ages and create lasting impact. Our second fund, following our successful launch in Torbay, will focus on the areas of Bath and Weymouth. In Bath, Milligan Ltd is looking at a strategic approach to a number of City Centre sites with Bath & North East Somerset Council and in Weymouth they are looking to explore and deliver a number of regeneration projects alongside Dorset Council and Willmott Dixon.
